Re-installing the application may fix this problem&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>BUT the application itself does install and does run!!<\/p>\n<p>I searched the forum and saw that this error is mentioned, but what other people wrote does not reflect exactly my problem.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>applicationPackaging created the topic: ERROR:This application has failed to start because mia.lib Hi.
