I am having problems trying to install iTunes onto my computer.  I keep getting an error message stating that I am either in &#8220;Safe Mode&#8221; or that Windows Installer has not been installed properly.  I also have been having problems saying that I am not the administrator and need to change that as well.  Can any one help me out here.  I have tried Dell&#8217;s forum but they are not any help what so ever.  On top of that I have an important windows update that needs to be installed that wont because I keep getting an error with that as well.  Right now I am thinking that Dell is not quite as good as I thought that they were.
