The windows installer could not be accesed when instal<\/strong><br \/>\nI feel I have tried everything when it come to the windows installer.  I have tried to re-install the application&#8230;doesnt work. (not enough storage space it says).  I have entered into the services and when I double click on windows installer it says &#8220;Configuation Manager: The specified device instance handel does not correspond to a present device.  I have changed the settings from manual to automatic and back again plenty of times. &#8230;..doesnt fix problem.  Have tried to unregister the mscexec files then re-register them&#8230; doesn&#8217;t work.  What now?!
