A script required for this intall to complete could not be run.  Contact your support personnel or package vendor.&#8221;  The FLIP support group said it wasn&#8217;t their problem.  I have unregistered and re-registered windows installer and reinstalled windows installer 4.5 and still get the same error message.  I&#8217;m operating XP service pack 3 &#8211; home computer.  I was hoping to be able to correct this problem myself without incurring the expense of tech support.
