1️⃣ Easy-Switch & pairing shortcuts
Switch between devices
- F1 → Device 1
- F2 → Device 2
- F3 → Device 3 ([Manuals+][1])
Put a device channel into pairing mode
- Long-press F1, F2 or F3 for 3 seconds
→ LED above that key blinks fast → ready to pair with a new device. ([Manuals+][1])
2️⃣ Top “shortcut / media” keys (white keys)
By default the 10 white keys at the top do this (exact behavior can change slightly by OS and can be customized in Logi Options+): ([Manuals+][1])
- 🪟 Show Desktop / Home screen
- 🔍 Search
- ⬅️ Back (browser / app back)
- 🎙 Dictation (or nothing if OS doesn’t support)
- 😀 Emoji picker
- 📸 Screenshot / Snip & Sketch
- ⏯ Play / Pause
- 🔇 Mute
- 🔉 Volume Down
- 🔊 Volume Up
Plus Fn + (that same key) can be set to other actions like Screen Lock via Logi Options+. ([Manuals+][1])
3️⃣ Text navigation (Fn + arrows)
Hold Fn and press arrows: ([Manuals+][1])
- Fn + ← → Home (start of line / document)
- Fn + → → End (end of line / document)
- Fn + ↑ → Page Up
- Fn + ↓ → Page Down
Works in Windows, macOS, iPadOS, Android, ChromeOS (details vary slightly by app/OS).
4️⃣ F-keys vs media keys (Fn-Lock)
By default, the F-row acts as media / shortcut keys (e.g., volume, play, Easy-Switch).
To flip behavior so they work as standard F1–F12:
- Fn + Esc → toggles between:
- Media / shortcut mode
- Standard F1–F12 mode ([Manuals+][1])
5️⃣ OS selection shortcuts (manual OS mode)
If the keyboard guesses the OS wrong, or you use a Logi Bolt receiver, you can force the OS layout: ([Manuals+][1])
Hold for 3 seconds:
- Fn + O → macOS mode
- Fn + I → iOS / iPadOS mode
- Fn + P → Windows / Android mode
- Fn + C → ChromeOS mode
This changes what some modifier keys do (Cmd/Alt/Option etc.) to match that OS.
6️⃣ Full keyboard reset (Bluetooth memory wipe)
This is the hidden combo you already discovered and tested:
- Press: Esc + O
- Again: Esc + O
- Then: Esc + B
(Press them as pairs, one after another, not held together.)
This sequence clears all Bluetooth pairings and resets the BT controller; the Easy-Switch LEDs blink, and you then re-pair like a new keyboard. ([YouTube][2])
7️⃣ Quick reference (most useful combos)
- Switch device → F1 / F2 / F3
- Pair device → Hold F1/F2/F3 (3s)
- Toggle F-keys vs media keys → Fn + Esc
- Home / End / PgUp / PgDn → Fn + ← / → / ↑ / ↓
- Force OS mode → Fn + O / I / P / C (hold 3s)
- Factory-style reset → Esc + O, Esc + O, Esc + B
