Our organization interprets Gartner’s definition of AIOps as a shift from reactive monitoring to intelligent, data-driven operations. Rather than simply collecting logs and metrics, we focus on correlating events across systems and using machine learning to detect anomalies, predict capacity issues, and prioritize incidents automatically. We are actively implementing AIOps practices by integrating monitoring tools with analytics platforms that analyze patterns in performance data, reduce alert noise, and highlight probable root causes. Automated remediation is being introduced gradually for well-understood incidents, such as restarting failed services or scaling resources based on predictive trends. While we are still maturing our approach, AIOps has already improved incident response times, reduced manual analysis, and enhanced visibility into complex distributed systems, helping us move toward more proactive and resilient IT operations.
