Other tools that follow the same model and are commonly used include Microsoft 365 for productivity, Google Docs for collaboration, Zoom for meetings, Slack for communication, Dropbox for storage, and Salesforce for CRM. Overall, Gmail stands out because it’s simple, widely used, and perfectly demonstrates how SaaS delivers value by removing operational complexity while providing continuous access and updates.
