In my opinion, the most important feature in a knowledge graph construction tool is entity relationship mapping, because the true value of a knowledge graph comes from its ability to connect data points and reveal meaningful relationships between entities such as people, places, products, or concepts. Strong relationship mapping helps organize complex and scattered information into a structured, interconnected format, making it easier to discover patterns, improve search accuracy, and generate deeper insights. While scalability, automation, visualization, and integration capabilities are also important, they become most effective when the tool can accurately identify and manage relationships within the data. Therefore, effective entity relationship mapping directly improves data organization, contextual understanding, and decision-making through richer and more meaningful insights.
