In my opinion, the most important feature in a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool is centralized partner collaboration and communication, because strong partner-driven revenue growth depends on how effectively organizations and their partners can share information, manage opportunities, and coordinate activities in one unified platform. A centralized system ensures that partners have access to updated sales materials, leads, training resources, deal registration, and performance insights in real time, which reduces miscommunication and improves alignment. While features like analytics, automation, incentive management, and integration are also valuable, they become most effective when collaboration is seamless and transparent. Therefore, centralized collaboration directly strengthens partner engagement, accelerates deal execution, and ultimately drives higher revenue growth through better coordination and trust.
