In my opinion, the most important factor is predictive maintenance, because it enables organizations to detect potential failures before they happen, minimizing unexpected breakdowns and maintenance costs. While monitoring and analytics are also important for visibility and decision-making, predictive maintenance has the greatest impact on improving equipment reliability, extending asset life, and ensuring consistent performance.
