pgadmin created the topic: Windows Installer
The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation!
Why do I get this message from Windows Installer? I am the only user on myt computer and am not in a network of any sort!
Please tell me how to fix this as its effecting my ability to work from home!

Are you logged on as an administrator?
Are you trying to install the application on your computer or on the
work computer?
