Roles & Responsibilities:

Job description

- Define the framework and push for the best choice when it comes to technology selection and implementation.

- Use Agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to develop creative rapidly and efficient solutions that enhance the client customer and employee experience.

- Craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements.

- Liaise with other teams within and outside the Digital unit to negotiate timelines, deliverable, and dependencies.

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and team members to identify and socialize product and delivery risks.

- Drive forward and role-model best practice engineering processes and Agile behavior and ensuring team members follow suit.

- Communicate with business stakeholders about Agile processes to set and manage expectations about delivery methods and timelines.

Requirements :

- Previous working experience as Lead Developer Senior Developer and leading the team for minimum of 3 year(s)

- In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and PHP Frameworks ( Laravel and Codelgniter).

- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).

- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js) are must.

- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UIUX design.

- Working knowledge on AWS.
