Amazon S3 Bucket Policy for only mobile app access

I am having lots of Videos and Images in AWS S3 bucket which is protected using following AWS s3 Policies

• Limiting access to specific IP addresses
• Restricting access to a specific HTTP referer

But the prb is these Policies is not effective in Android app but working well in Websites. I am trying to work on the same issues.
