I’m using createinstall commercial v.2003.3.5 and my problem is that I can’t create a checkbox on the finish dialog to run my aplication.

Finish dialog of CI 2003 doesn’t have such option.
You can do that with CreateInstall v4 or new CreateInstall v5.
