In this article, I am going to explain to you about DMCA means Digital Millennium Copyright Act and It is the part of US Copyright law. DMCA is also known for controversial United States digital rights management ( DRM ) law which was enacted October 28, 1998, by then-President Bill Clinton. The purpose of behind creating the DMCA was to make an updated version of copyright laws to deal with the special challenges of regulating digital content.

Here are some steps,
Step 1 – First of all, Take screenshots of the infringing site. Once you send the DMCA takedown notice, the web host will remove the infringing material.
Step 2 – After that, Locate the website’s host.
Step 3 – Then, Determine the Copyright Agent.
Step 4 – Finally, Draft your takedown notice.
