Most of the Mailgun service can be accessed through the RESTful HTTP API without the need to install any libraries.
It is organized around the four major features that Mailgun provides:
- Sending Messages
- Tracking Messages
- Receiving, Forwarding and Storing Messages
- Email Verification
- Inbox Placement
When you use Mailgun to send emails for your GitLab instance and Mailgun integration is enabled and configured in GitLab, you can receive their webhook for tracking delivery failures. To set up the integration, you must:
- Configure your Mailgun domain.
- Enable Mailgun integration.
