Step 1 – First, Trustpilot would publish some of the fake review on their websites

Step 2 – Once your url would start coming in Google, definitly you would rush to Trustpilot and thats where they were play their money making game from these fake reviews

Step 3 – You would try to claim account and request your genuine customer to share a feedback and minimize the bad image impact but they would manually keep delete each positive review till you surrender to their paid service.

When I googled more about this company, I learnt that their Google RATING is 1.5 out 5 in their own home country. They are so scared to receive feedback about them, that they have disabled the youtube comment sections as well. I reviewed their Glassdoor reviews from employees and I was shocked that engineers also shared the same opinion that Trustpilot is not having any ethics and value to be in Company review domain. I refer to quora as well and i was shocked that paid review is being sold at Trustpilot by their own setup and employee. On top of being a review company of the business, they are offering paid services to businesses putting all moral values on the stack.

This was shocking for me when one of customer reported that Trustpilot is asking Invoice to publish the genuine review. Well, to publish a negative did they ask same invoice? LOL. Fake company. Fake moto

BTW – In my case it was not flagged by the software but Manually removed after 48 hours of getting published

Official Business account be be claimed by gmail id and even you contact them from official email ids, they would ask for proof and enrolling for their paid services.
