Why you should not try Google trial?

In order to register for Google Cloud trial, you need to save your credit card information and that’s where you account would be enabled. In my case, I enabled the Google Cloud trial and left it just like that for a few months. Today suddenly i got a bill for 5K to my credit card and that was for Compute services. Obviously you would like to check if by mistake you have run any VMs and found that I have never created any VMS as such.

Now, Next you would like to reach to support and that’s where you would take it the loop of so many pages | instruction | Automated chat support bot but never would take you to a page where you would like to write a complaint for these unwanted bills.

After running in loop for 2 hours, finally i concluded that Trial customer can not create a billing support ticket but free manual/automated chat(which dont solve ur prb) and need to upgrade to paid feature just to create a case in which you would enquiry about bills
