Rajesh,
When I chose “Delete workspace before build starts” option at Build Environment I got below error.
Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Its reported problem with in windows with jenkins. Check following…
1. You Jenkins and git related plugins are up to date.
2. You surely are using gitk.cmd and not git.exe directly. Check what your Jenkins config for Git installs are and that your job is using the one that calls git.exe directly.
3. try to use the git.exe from cmd directory instead of using from bin directory.
