There is no list. What you are experiencing is an attempt by your software vendor to keep the software you have installed on your computer up-to-date so that it runs efficiently and safely. If you prefer not to be notified of updates, there is a desktop tool called the Update Manager that you can use to control the updates and messages you receive.
