wanted to download the newest version of windows live. If i don’t do so, i could not sign in my msn at all. I tried to download. Yet, it did not success. I could not install the toolbar, and everything. I seek for help on Youtube and stuffs. So, i decided to delete the whole application of windows live. There’s a few choice which i think it may work. But… during the process or deleting or installing, it will pop up a mini window (Windows Installer) and it says ” The window installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running your windows in safe mode or windows installer is not installed correctly. Contact your support personnel for assistance. ” I really wanna download the newest version so i could login using Windows Live. But, nothings work. Be it installation or removing programs. Can you tell me if there are any other solutions which would work? Please help. Thank you very much:)
